1. Account, Newsletter

1.11 Is the subscription to the newsletter free?

Yes, subscription  to our newsletter is absolutely free and does not imply any obligation to purchase. It gives you the opportunity to be informed about promotions and special limited edition.

1.12 How can I change my newsletter settings or unsubscribe?

You can make changes by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each newsletter. After unsubscribing, you will not receive any further updates on our exclusive promotions. Please note that if you choose to disable the newsletter, you will not be able to use the same email to subscribe to our newsletter service in the future. 1.21 What if I forget my password?

No problem: choose  “Forgot your password?” option from the Sign In window. You will receive an email link to safely set up your new account password (if you do not receive our email immediately, check the Promotions tab of your inbox). 1.22 How can I change my email address?

To change the email address associated with your profile on InternoItaliano, enter your Account page through the icon at the top right of the homepage and click on “My info”. After entering the new email address, confirm your choice by clicking on the “Save” button.

1.23 How are my data processed?

InternoItaliano attaches great importance to the security of your personal data and the need to process it according to the most stringent Italian legislative requirements (Legislative Decree 196/03).

2. Orders, Coupons and Shipping

2.11 How can I place an order on InternoItaliano?

Ordering on InternoItaliano is a matter of just  few clicks. After selecting all the products you want, go to the Shopping Cart by clicking on the top right icon, review the items you’ve added and click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Do not worry: you will still be able to modify the selected products or change your mind before the end of the purchase process.

Some details are required to continue with the order, including the shipping address. At this stage, choose whether to save your data for future purchases or proceed without registering. In this second case, please note that you will not be able to redeem any discount coupons in your possession.

Once you have entered your information and the coupon, select the payment method you prefer: make sure you have your credit card details and SecureCode code provided by your bank handy. By clicking on the “Buy Now” button, your order will be completed and we will send you a confirmation email (if you do not receive our email immediately, check also the Promotions tab of your inbox).

2.12 How can I modify or delete my order?

Once you’ve completed your order, you will not be able to change it. That is why we recommend that you review the items you are purchasing before proceeding with the payment.

Please note that orders can not be cancelled if they have already been shipped: in this case, you must follow the return procedure.

2.13 What are the payment methods available?

You can pay for your order with

– credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

– prepaid card

– PayPal

In the case of credit card payments, we suggest  you to use  the SecureCode code provided by your bank handy to speed up your purchase.

Security is always a priority for InternoItaliano, so your data will always be protected by the latest and up-to-date technologies.

2.14 How can I request the invoice?

To request the invoice of your order, send an email with all your data, including your tax code, EORI number  or VAT number, and the reference order number at customercare@internoitaliano.com. Remember that the invoice must be requested at the moment of your purchase. 

2.15 Where can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, sign in to your Account page at the top right of the homepage and select “My Orders”. Here you can see a list of all your orders and monitor the processing phase for the orders in progress.

We will notify you 24/48h before your order is shipped, with a notification to the email address indicated at the time of purchase.

2.21 How can I use a discount coupon?

The discount coupon is a unique code that can only be used once, on a single order. To enter the code and get the correspondent  discount, you must already be registered on our site or purchase it as “New Customer”. If you proceed to checkout without signing up you will not be able to use your coupon. Also remember that coupons cannot be combined.

2.22 What is the validity of a coupon?

Coupons may be subject to date and/or merchandise category restrictions and/or minimum order according to the promotion for which they are activated. However, these conditions are always to be considered according to the specific promotion.

2.31 How long will it take to process my order?

The delivery time of an order depends on the type and availability of the items you have purchased. On the tab of each product, as well as on the order checkout page, you can find an estimated delivery time.

Some products can be put into production specifically for your order, so the delivery time will be determined by the manufacturer.

Products marked with “Quick Delivery” are available in stock.  In this case, the order will normally be processed within the following 72h  with the exception of special circumstances

If your order includes items with different delivery times, a single shipment can be made, and the   lead time will be indicated on the checkout page before payment is made. In order to shorten waiting times, we recommend, where possible, to make separate orders by grouping products with similar delivery times.

InternoItaliano is committed to comply  the estimated delivery times indicated on the website. However, in case of any unforeseen events during production or processing of the order, you will always be notified promptly by the InternoItaliano team. 2.32 Who deals with the shipping?

Your order will be processed by our logistics service and delivered with the best couriers available on the market, an email containing the shipment  tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is assigned to the courier.

In  case of shipments requiring special care during transportation, specialized couriers will be used, and an appointment will be arranged  fixing the  delivery date.

2.33 What should I do upon delivery of my order?

We recommend that you always check your order upon delivery. Verify that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the delivery note. Check that  packaging is intact and that  content is not altered or damaged in any way. In  case of anomalies, write “Accepted subject to checking” on the carrier’s delivery note before signing and send an email  to :  customercare@internoitaliano.com advising the anomalies.

Any occurred damage during transit  must be notified to InternoItaliano within the term of 7 days from receipt of the goods , after this deadline we will no longer be able to accept neither complaints nor reports of irregularities .

3. Returns and Claims

If you have any doubts or need assistance with the products purchased, please contact our customer service at customercare@internoitaliano.com.

You can change your mind within 14 days form receiving your order and safely return the product back to InternoItaliano. see more

If you are not satisfied with your order and you may want to return one or more items.

If you have changed your mind on an item or intend to replace it with a different one (if available in stock), the return will be at your expense and you will have to proceed with a new order.

Due to art.59 of Legislative Decree nr. 206 of 06/09/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure, customised or which, due to their structure, cannot be returned, are liable to deteriorate rapidly or may be damaged.

The items you wish to return must be in the original package, not used, For the shipment, use the same box in which you received your order. If this is not possible, use an equivalent box.

In  case of a defective product, the replacement can be done with an equivalent  item, if available in stock, or ask for a refund.  In this case take contact our customer service at customercare@internoitaliano.com within 14  days from the date of delivery of the order.  We will arrange to  pick-up by courier and provide you with all the necessary information. 

Returning one or more products will lead to the  refund of the item(s) cost, excluding shipping charges to our warehouse. Only in case of a defective product, InternoItaliano will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Reimbursements will be made through a refund based on the payment method you used for the purchase. We will refund you upon the arrival of the parcel at our warehouse and once checked the integrity of the item (s).

4. InternoItaliano's trustworthiness

InternoItaliano, in relation to the products you have purchased  provide the legal warranty of 24 months , for the online selling,  in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in art. 128 referring to  the Italian Consumption Code. The rights arising from such warranty may be exercised, provided that the products have been used properly, with due diligence and respect for the intended use and the provisions of the provided instructions, and in possessio  of the delivery receipt  indicating the order number.  Costs related to the return of product (s)  due to the effect of the warranty will be handled  by InternoItaliano.

InternoItaliano devotes great attention to your needs and guarantees  the utmost trustworthiness and reliability, both in purchasing support and in handling orders and returns.

It also commits itself to comply   estimated delivery times indicated on the website. In case of unforeseen events that are the direct responsibility of InternoItaliano, you will always be promptly notified by our Customer Support team.

5. Terms & Conditions

 

These T&C are intended to be applied to any user (or client) 

The agreement includes the following documents:

  • The T&C reported in this page;
  • The order confirmation received by  email.

The order confirmation will be sent by LTS once the user (or client) has completed the following steps in the website: (i) selected the product (or products); (ii) added those product (or products) to cart; (iii)logged in or registered on the LTS website and accepted the T&C; (iv) proceeded to checkout entering all the required information functional to delivery and billing purposes; (v) placed the order and confirmed the payment method and completed the payment process. By clicking on the “Place Order” button, the user (or client) is placing a binding order for the products shown in its basket, confirming the authorization to place such an order.

The description and photographs of products on the LTS website have illustrative purposes and do not constitute a legally binding offer (the colors in particular may not exactly correspond to the real ones due to the internet browser or monitor characteristics). No legal claim will be affordable due to delay in availability /  delivery  of the products shown in the website.

Whether, in the specific case, before the delivery of the order, the product (or products) will not be available anymore as out of stock or no more available for technical problems, LTS will promptly inform the user (or client) about the inconvenience and reimburse the equivalent amount of any payment received.

LTS is entitled to reject any order made by the user (or client) and withdraw from the agreement without citing reasons. In particular, LTS reserves the right to reject the order if  the delivery address is outside the countries currently served by its transportation providers; the delivery address indicated by the user (or client) will result incorrect or incomplete; there is the suspect that the person placing the orders is not a consumer as defined by the definition mentioned above; an order is not confirmed through random telephonic controls; the payment is not received within 48 hours from the order confirmation or within 24 hours from the email reminder.

The order will be processed by LTS according to the procedure reported above and to the specific timing reported in each product page of the website. LTS will not be responsible for any damage occurred to the products further to the  usage after. No other general or particular conditions can replace or substitute the T&C set in this page. Should one or more provisions of these T&C be defined invalid under any law, regulation or following a final decision taken by a competent jurisdiction, the other provisions will hold their value.

Prices shown on the LTS website are in euro including the current Italian VAT  % .

Transportation costs are  shown separately in the order checkout page.

The user (or client) who wishes to perform  the agreement and purchase the product (or products) must express this willingness through a website request clicking the place order button in the checkout page, where, following the procedures described above, it will send the purchase order confirmation and proceed to the payment. The payment is due from the time of order. The user (or client) undertakes to pay the agreed price for the product ordered on the website (product price and shipping) by using the payment methods made available.

In the case of credit card payment, LTS has the rights to request the copy of an identity document confirming the ownership of the credit card. The payment method data will be processed through a server-to-server secure connection using   the SSL Protocol (Secure Sockets Layer). LTS is not responsible for  any payment gateways pages that are not directly managed by LTS itself.

Transportation risks transfer

The transfer of the transportation risks from LTS to the client applies with the delivery of the product (or products) operated by the carrier to the address indicated by the client according to the INCO terms and conditions applicable to the order.

During the possible withdrawal period referred below, the client is  responsible for the product (or products) as guardian. In case of damage or destruction of the product (or products) during the custody of the client, the client will be considered responsible.

Orders will be delivered by LTS  appointed couriers .

The user (or client) is responsible for the delivery address indicated in the checkout page. Delivery is to the ground floor, front door of the building and does not include any assembly or unpacking services.Any special service needs  to be requested before placing the order and implies extra-costs, to be confirmed in the specific case. Mail boxes will not be considered eligible for delivery. The delivery receipt  issued by the courier  will constitute a proof of transport and risks transfer.

LTS recommends the client to carry out an accurate inspection of the delivered product (or products) packaging before signing the delivery note. Whether some anomalies might be noted the customer must refuse the delivery of the product (or products) or write down any reserve, detailed and dated, in the delivery note receipt. These notes must be confirmed to LTS by writing to customercare@nternoitaliano.com within three (3) business days from the delivery.

The client may withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days, without citing any reasons, by writing to customercare@nternoitaliano.com 

Whether the product (or products) have already been delivered, this period starts with the delivery itself of the product (or products). In that case the client will be responsible for returns   to InternoItaliano at the following address: InternoItaliano c/o  MyHome collection via Leonardo Da Vinci 118/12  50028 Sambuca Val di Pesa  Firenze, Italy.

The return will be free of charge (the equivalent cost will be reimbursed to the client), the product needs to be packed in the original package and intact you will be charged the return shipping cost. Products damaged by detergents / additives, or products damaged by the client for malpractice will not be refunded by LTS. A copy of the delivery note will need to be placed inside the return packing box. The client is responsible  for the transport risks of transport  due to  the return of the product (or products) 

Refunds will be done as soon as the products will be delivered back to the LTS and properly checked  further to the client withdrawal expresses exercise.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply on those products that are customized and/or manufactured on a single order basis (Lgs. D. 6/9/2005 n. 206). This production characteristic is reported in the description provided in each product page.

LTS offers for sale top-quality design products. These products are distributed by LTS through direct agreements with furniture companies, manufacturers and dealers, carefully selected based on their production and style benchmark.

The legal warranty policies are governed by the Italian Law. The legal warranty is reserved to consumers: it therefore applies solely to any natural person concluding a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be ascribed either to their commercial or independent professional activities. According to it, in the event of defective products the client has the right to have it remedied (delivery of non-defective goods), to cancel the order or to receive a price reduction.

The product (or products) which the user claims as defective should be sent back to InternoItaliano c/o  MyHome collection via Leonardo Da Vinci 118/14 Barberino Tavarnelle, 50028 Firenze, Italy.  LTS will evaluate the existence or otherwise of the claimed defect.

LTS hereby reserves the right to ask the client to enclose the invoice and/or transport documents or any other document that proves the date of purchase.

LTS’s liability towards clients is limited, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence, only  for any direct and foreseeable damage at the time of conclusion of the contract of sale. LTS will not be liable for any loss, loss of profit or any other damage that is not an immediate and direct consequence of the culpable breach or which was not foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the agreement.
