A special and elegant hand-painted ceramic mozzarella holder. Composed of two elements: bowl and flat plate with central hole.
The hole allows the accumulation of milk in the bowl below, leaving the plate always clean.

The hand-made enamelling is available in six bright colors chosen in line with the local ceramic tradition. Robust, concrete and colorful, Dorica dishes are created for the everyday table, with a thought to the atmosphere and “warmth” of southern Italy.

Mario Scairato lives and works between Milano and Paestum, the city where he comes from.
He graduated in Industrial Design at the IUAV/Università della Repubblica di San Marino in 2011. From 2012 che collaborates wih Giulio Iacchetti as a product and graphic designer, developing projects for Nike, Savinelli, Comieco, Nodus, Niasca Portofino, Surfer’s Den. From 2015, as a freelance, he designed for Alessi, Bear, Cotto Manetti, Internoitaliano, Moleskine.
Alessandro Stabile

Born in Milan, 1985.
Alessandro is one of ten “Top Young Italian Industrial Designers” selected by the Italian Cultural Institute of New York in 2013. In 2011 he founded his design studio specialized in product design, furniture design and art direction.
In 2016 two of his ideas won the first and the second prize of “Young&Design” Award as best projects of Milan Design Week designed by an under35 designer.
He designs for Moleskine, Alessi, Ferrero Nutella and many others.
